Welcome to FocusGuard. By downloading, installing, or using the FocusGuard mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

FocusGuard is provided as a productivity tool to help you manage screen time and reduce digital distractions. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the App or its data.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App without our written consent.

2. Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

FocusGuard may offer paid features through Google Play. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are disclosed at the point of purchase. Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, and code in the App are owned by FocusGuard or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific productivity outcome will result from its use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FocusGuard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FocusGuard is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
